King's Dock Indoor Funfair — Local services in Liverpool

Went on a Wednesday for 10am with my two boys 5&8 we had a super time . I liked that it was indoors cos the weather was rubbish there's loads of clean toilets, there was no queues for anything and it was busy but not choca , you could walk round comfortably and leave your coats and Shoes unattended without worrying. The only downside id say was the hook a ducks and the were expensive ( not included in ticket price ) and the refreshment stands were also expensive. Had an appalling experience when taking my son and nephew here for his 7th birthday, my nephew had been going on all the fun houses all day but when trying to go on one of them again he was refused “because of his high” Yet there had been no issues befor hand and this lead to the ride operator to scream in his face bearing in mind my nephew is 3 and non verbal autistic and was absolutely terrified with what happened, instead of management helping us with the situation they chose to defend their worker’s actions and asked us to leave without any refund or any sort of apology, please be wary of the people who work for this company and the owners as they have neglected their duty of care to...

This is not a SEN friendly place at all. The staff are extremely rude and gave zero consideration for children with special needs. I was told I should bring my child when it is less busy and there was nothing they could do to help or support.
