Ordered online and returned the day after it was delivered because the item didn't fit.
The item was returned at my own cost and signed for and I heard nothing for a week. Sent emails requesting my refund which took 4 days to be responded to, to be told that they are behind on refunds, no apologies. Waited a few more days and got nothing.
Ended up having to call PayPal directly and open a PayPal dispute in order to get my money back as they were simply not responding, seemed to work as it has finally been refunded. A 10 minute job that took them almost 2 weeks.
Really poor customer service, if you're running a business online you really need to read and respond to emails more often than twice a week. Will not be...

Unfortunately due to a mistake by Parcel Force my package never arrived. I contacted customer service by email and was disappointed that my items where out of stock. I can only honestly say however that the manager whom dealt with my matter was professional and efficient in sorting my issues. I have received a full refund and can recommend that you are in good hands. Keep up your excellent service...
