Resurrection — Local services in Liverpool

Ordered online and returned the day after it was delivered because the item didn't fit.

The item was returned at my own cost and signed for and I heard nothing for a week. Sent emails requesting my refund which took 4 days to be responded to, to be told that they are behind on refunds, no apologies. Waited a few more days and got nothing.

Ended up having to call PayPal directly and open a PayPal dispute in order to get my money back as they were simply not responding, seemed to work as it has finally been refunded. A 10 minute job that took them almost 2 weeks.

Really poor customer service, if you're running a business online you really need to read and respond to emails more often than twice a week. Will not be...

I ordered two items from the website because of the great prices and discounts. I had to rearrange for delivery due to a misunderstanding over click and collect. Unfortunately due to a mistake by Parcel Force my package never arrived. I contacted customer service by email and was disappointed that my items where out of stock. I can only honestly say however that the manager whom dealt with my matter was professional and efficient in sorting my issues. I have received a full refund and can recommend that you are in good hands. Keep up your excellent service...

think these guys, who own this shop have been getting there mates to write reviews, because ive never met two bigger arseholes , refused refunds on goods bought for a present for me , stating that they only do credit notes so you have to buy there moody gear that is probably made in a sweat shop in india . the clothing range they have is absolutely crap, no wonder the shop is always empty when i walk passed, pity my kids didnt do the same and give this place a wide berth, would of give this place no stars but you cant post unless you give them...
