We reserved a Wife of the Party package for a group of 13. When we arrived, it immediately felt like the team was unaware of our booking. There was no table prepared for us, and although the staff did eventually remove the guests sat at what should have been our table, there was no sign of the setup we were expecting. Unlike other VIP tables, ours had no balloons, drinks, or visible signs that it had been reserved. I had to chase bar staff several times to receive the prosecco and glitter bombs included in the package, which eventually arrived around 20 minutes after our reservation was supposed to have started. At that point, the booking was already off to a disappointing start. However, the most serious issue was the extreme heat upstairs. We were told the air conditioning was broken, and it was genuinely uncomfortable and, in my view, unsafe. We were visibly sweating simply from sitting still. It would have made it impossible to enjoy our time or make use of the two-hour table booking we had paid for. As a result, we made the decision to leave after just 30 minutes, only 10 minutes after the drinks finally arrived. We raised our concerns at the time. While the staff were apologetic and offered a few additional shots after we pushed for a resolution, this is not an acceptable response for the level of service failure we experienced. This was supposed to be the main event of the hen weekend. We’d all made an effort, dressed up, and were genuinely excited. Instead, we left disappointed, uncomfortable, and let down. I’ve since emailed them to share feedback and have been ignored. Disappointing on so many counts. I’d avoid if I were you.

Honestly was terrible. We booked a hen of 12 for bottomless brunch. When we entered a lovely waiter (black leather trousers and leapord during too) came up to our table to give us a list of drinks (although not the same as listed on the website) & to ask us if anyone had any allergies. Our organiser informed her there was a vegan & lactose intolerant on our group however this clearly wasn’t communicated because we had to wait an hour and 15-20 minutes for the pizza to arrive because they didn’t feel the need to prepare for that. Anyways, the first batch of drinks arrived and they were awful. We emptied the jugs of ice and it equated to half a jug of ice! I would say very little alcohol if any. I certainly wasn’t drunk after 2 jugs or even a little bit tipsy. Other parties started getting 8-10 pizzas at a time per table and we were yet to even receive one. Around 20 minutes before it was time to end the bottomless our pizzas started arriving. It was bad, really bad. Especially for the price. Slow service, argumentative staff who clearly had no communication with each other. We left feeling like we wasted nearly £400 , wasn’t drunk & we was all hungry. So rather than carrying on our final night in Liverpool we all ended up splitting up because some people wanted food and others wanted to continue drinking where’s others were just left with a bad taste in their mouth and wanted to go back to the apartment. The entertainment however was wicked, but that’s not what we paid for.

We visited here for a bottomless brunch - we had received a buyagift voucher for this experience and the booking process was easy. We attended on Sunday 13th July and upgraded to the cocktail brunch for £10pp extra. I am glad we did this as feel that the standard brunch doesn't offer many drinks options. The brunch was really good. We were regularly offered new drinks and the cocktails were served in jugs so we got a good amount each round. We had ordered a pepperoni and hawaiian pizza. When it arrived, the chef personally apologised for the wait and gave us chips and chicken tenders on the house due to this. We didn't notice any long wait as we were enjoying our cocktails, but that was a really nice touch from the chef and appreciate the gesture. Plus the chicken tenders and chips were to die for, so it was great that we got to try them! When we visited, there was only us and another couple in there however we still had entertainment from Melissa, who got up on the bar and sang and danced! She was fabulous and didn't care that the place was practically empty- a true professional! She encouraged me to get up and dance with her and she even let me sing! I had such a fun time and she was a really nice woman, who gave off good vibes! Really nice staff, service, food and drinks. I look forward to returning on a busier day so I can soak up the atmosphere more!

Some company that is but if you don’t leave a bad review they still don’t help you so...

A group of 12 of us came on Saturday for my hen do for bottomless brunch. We were initially given a table too small so moved to two booths with the group split between. As this was the back of the bar room, we were the last to be served every time. Our first round wasn’t served until 30 mins into the 90. We noticed that the tables towards the front had been served several times. They were also served about 7 pizzas at a time. They were served so much they gave pizzas away to other tables. We had to complain 3 times. We were told the reason was that they were really busy and we hadn’t told them upon booking about 2 allergy needs so the extra ovens had to be heated up. We had about 4 pizzas between us and the 2 people with allergies still weren’t served. The pizzas weren’t great either- we didn’t get all the options. We had mostly cheese, one pepperoni offered as we were leaving, no Hawaii. It is definitely not bottomless and the drinks were cheap- we were told the shots were sours, more like cactus jacks. The Prosecco was cava and the cocktails weren’t as advertised and were weak! We didn’t even have a pizza per person. The room also wasn’t full. There were loads of empty tables. We went at 3pm and the toilets were disgusting. No toilet roll in any, no soap, floors soaking, some couldn’t flush or didn’t have a flusher and the hand dryers didn’t work. I’ve never been to a worse bottomless brunch. I understand the vibe may be a little grungy but this was just cheap and dirty and for £36 a person, I’d of got more drunk and had more food at a Toby carvery....
