Firstly, this boots is quite small! I can't always find what I am looking for but I've had luck on a few occasions even though the store has several different sections as a normal store including health products/pharmacy just not always available what I'm looking for.
Can I just take a moment to point out a member off staff at the till (looking below at reviews I am assuming his name is Craig) he is the definition of a customer service robot! It goes without saying his service is exceptional and he's very VERY formal and professional. If I didn't know any better i would assume he's a robot (in a positive way) as no human can deliver such amazing customer service and talk such way as he does.
I do have to give 1 less star rating ONLY because the service at the till can slightly delay due to Craig over talking whilst giving excellent customer service which has caused me to be delayed when I am in a hurry. I wouldn't blame this entirely on him as I am usually running late by own fault. However, their will be customers whom may get frustrated with this.
If you haven't been to this store yet I think it's worth going here just to experience the great customer service you'll receive from this man. He should be used for advertisements purposes.

Read moreTerrible experience in this store. I presented a prescription with two items and paid for them. One was dispensed, and I was asked to return later for the second, which was out of stock. Upon returning, I was told the item hadn’t arrived and to try again the next day. I requested my prescription back to go elsewhere — since I don’t live or work in Farringdon — but was refused, as one item had already been dispensed. This left me without the medication and no way to obtain it, other than going back to my GP for a new prescription, which could take weeks. I also had to insist multiple times to receive a refund for the undelivered item which is bizarre.
After raising a complaint, the store manager called me only to deny any responsibility, suggesting either I or the pharmacist was lying. This response was not only unhelpful but deeply unprofessional. He said that all he could do is to talk to his team, which doesn't present any solutions to my problem and I honestly doubt it's even going to happen.
Absolutely appalling service, it's awful to see how a store can be so badly managed, especially when it comes to selling health services. I will not return and would recommend that...

They made it seem like it was such an inconvenience to help me, wouldn't check my problem and just took my word for it despite frequently mentioning how I'm unsure of my issue because I need it checked. The male pharmacist that 'helped' me was just trying to upsell. Telling me not to get one thing but instead the most expensive thing because its highly recommended - obviously I can read and the difference between the two wasnt the strength of the product but the quantity you buy.
