My family’s relationship with The Diamond Ring Company started in 2023 and continues to this day due to the exceptional service and quality of product received.

In 2023, we visited to try on various potential engagement rings, purely to make to gauge what size we should get and whether the shape and style I had chosen for her were suitable. We informed Michael O’Sullivan of this and despite the fact that he knew he would not get the sale, he was very generous with his time, knowledge and assistance. We left feeling more informed and looked out for by a professional.

In 2024, we returned to view and purchase our wedding bands together just before our wedding. Again, Michael was very generous with his time and helped us select two beautiful rings that we were both extremely happy with (and made some suggestions we may not have considered but which came off perfectly in concert with my wife’s engagement ring). It was another pleasant experience which reduced our stress greatly.

This year, 2025, I returned in search of a tennis bracelet for my wife’s 30th birthday. Michael was very responsive to my email communications beforehand and not only informed me about his own company’s offering but helped me navigate the products offered by several other companies that I was considering in addition to his product. It was invaluable advice and, after some time to consider, I decided to go with The Diamond Ring Company’s bracelet (and am very happy I did). In the same visit, he resized a couple of rings for us without any fuss.

All three experiences with this company have been pleasant and painless. They really care about customer service and making sure that buyers are fully informed about their products. The rings and bracelet purchased have been top quality. The products are customisable to a good degree (size, metal used, lab grown vs ground diamonds, etc) and are great value for money.

We intend to come back for all of our diamond / jewellery...

I had the pleasure of having my radiant cut engagement ring (along with a matching wedding band) crafted by Michael, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My partner went in with some ideas but we were still a bit unsure regarding centre stone size, style etc and not knowing anything about diamonds it took us a while to find the right person we trusted. From the moment we walked into his studio, I was met with professionalism and a genuine desire to hear about what I was looking for.

My husband wanted to surprise me with an engagement ring that I would love (I’m very picky with my jewellery) and he went online and found the diamond ring company. The reviews were really good and he thought that I would love the rings from there. Due to covid and other issues we had to cancel the appointment a few times but Michael was very understanding and accommodating at all times. Once we did finally manage to make it to the appointment he made us feel very comfortable. He showed us all the options based on the information we had given to him and helped me decide the stone and setting of my engagement ring. I loved the service so much so that I also decided to have my wedding band made with him in order to have it compliment my engagement ring. Michael stayed and patiently listened to everything I had to say offering suggestions when I didn’t know what I wanted. When I finally saw my ring I was in love. He even put an inscription inside both rings to personalise them further and that touch made us so happy. As the quality of the rings was so high I decided that I wanted to have hubby's ring made with Michael too as I wouldn't trust the workmanship anywhere else after seeing my rings. So we booked another appointment with Michael to pick out his ring and again the same level of care and respect was taken. Hubby picked out a ring that was both comfortable for him and the correct size. The inscription inside was a given too. Finally we came to make payment and collect the rings together and throughout the whole time the level of care taken was above and beyond.
