I had a great experience at Outdoor People shopping for a new rain jacket. I went in looking to purchase a Paramo jacket, however, the knowledgeable salesperson took the time to understand my needs - daily 1 hour cycle commutes in London weather. Based on this, they suggested the Precip jacket would be perfectly suitable and require less maintenance than the Paramo. The Precip was also a lot cheaper! Great little shop with fantastic, helpful & friendly Service. We called ahead to see if they had replacement tent poles and then went to get them. They have a variety of sizes, which was great and the lovely lady helped ensure all the ones we bought were the correct size.
