Boots — Local services in London

It was the worst boots I've ever been! One girl with hijab and black scarf which I don't know the name. I asked her about lips vitamin! She works in pharmacy and the only person in the store and 2 men cashiers. She countingied talking to one customer. I was standing 15 min after ending her conversation asking my question. She tried just talk to that woman and even that customer sorted to ask for some address for shopping!

She answered me rude and said she don't know where is it and she worked in a pharmacy!!! Even uneducated people know lip vitamins is in pharmacy! I went near door cashier and asked him, he said that a girl in the pharmacy can help!

Even i came back to girl even after 30 min she was talking to that old woman which was not even normal! Because even i was standing there till her question finished she behaved strangely and staring at me why I'm standing!! This is not customer service talking shit with one customer long time and not answer one question for 2 seconds. Its not fair! Send her for some customer service classes! Its not good for this big brand like boots!! Even i back to her i said that man said just you know the location she said i am confusing by this...

I was really amazed by the service I received in Boots pharmacy today. I came in for travel medication, the pharmacist advised that if I go through the boots own service it would be cheaper, which it was, by a lot! She also patiently searched for a specific medication I usually get abroad, gave me advice about NHS and private prescriptions and told me about her beautician as I admired her nails 😉 honestly though, she was really knowledgeable, clearly experienced and very very helpful and polite. This level of customer service is hard to come...

Kudos to the staff at this store. I left my wallet on the counter with a lot of money, several cards, and my driving licence - without realising until late at night after I got home. When I picked it up the following day, everything was present, and they carried out multiple checks to ascertain it was really my wallet.

Then, a different member of staff was so kind helping me to locate a product to purchase for a relative.
