Hello, I came to get some lunch on my lunch break at this branch and received possibly the worst service I’d ever had. I approached this lady asking her to serve me as I wanted to order to which she replied “over there” where I walked and the machine was in error - I then asked her again where and she told me I cannot pay at the till because I wanted to use card, however she had not asked me and her attitude towards me was so poor. I then notified her that I could not order what I wanted from the kiosk machine hence why I had come to the till which by the way was completely empty with no customers only for her to then repeat to me again that I could not pay here because I was using card. I don’t know what policies you have in regards to this, so correct me if I am wrong. She then refused to serve me or look at me to the point where I had to call someone behind her and when I asked the man to make a complaint he pretended not the know English - the lady was not wearing a name badge and neither was the other male staff, she also shouted at him not to give me her name which left him utterly silent until finally I asked him where are your name badges so I can identify you and make a complaint - he then proceeded to tell me her name badge was upstairs and her name was “umye”. I do not think this was her name as he spelled it incorrectly numerous times and the lady was smiling also.

However I took a photo of her due to her being unrecognisable without a badge letting the public know who she is.

Her attitude was incredibly poor and as someone with a sight impediment her assistance should have been there - without me disclosing my status. Please pass this on to a manager and rectify the issue so that it doesn’t happen to...

Avoid this franchise I have never in my 56 years visited such a poorly managed filthy store staffed by sniggering liars This is not the high standard that one associates with the worlds best fried chicken shop. Rude arrogant 1st staff person walked away from me at the till I remain patient snd accept maybe he could be busy Then an angry lady in a hijab shouts in broken English ‘Go to the machine and order’’ mocking me when I explained that I have a disability I am also brown and can accept some people might not understand English. Frankly to be rudely shouted at snd then witness nose picking was seriously troubling I attempted to order Three pieces of chicken chips snd large beans ‘Have a meal’. Shouted the rude lady I felt Really as though this was a bad experience No courtesy or welcome and zero basic customer service was shown to me But I paid with my card I have eaten kFC for 45 years! Then she made up an order I was to find out of 4 pieces of chicken and grunted at me with resentment when I asked again for large beans I have a slight visual disability I can articulate myself in my first language to a good degree and I am conscious of what I say
