Dani’s Beauty Salon — Local services in London

Was a nice salon, the ONLY salon I would go to for waxing and massages actually. It seems they have recently changed their policy where they will charge you half the price of the service beforehand. I had an unexpected issue where my phone stopped working, it simply wouldn't turn on. I went to the salon the next day which was a Monday, it was closed, so I had no option of rescheduling nor explaining my situation. When asking to reschedule I was told I will have to pay again for a service I did not even have! Please bare this in mind if you have an emergency and only book an appointment if you are off work or have no other meetings as you will most likely be charged regardless of your circumstances. There is no understanding of real life issues here unfortunately. It is a nice salon with good beauticians. I probably won't be returning,as my customer loyalty seemed to not matter at all and I don't have money in excess to pay people for doing nothing. Must be nice...

Just had a wash,cut and blowdry and let me just tell you this place is amazing. The salon is very modern, clean and tidy.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by the beautiful Dani and she got one of her staff (Vera) who offered me a drink which is ever so nice of them to offer their customers a drink. Vera asked when I last had a haircut I said never and that's because I love my long hair this is why I never wanted to cut my hair but I went for it and I'm really happy that I did.

Vera was ever so friendly and talkative like all the other staff. Vera even taught me some Portuguese and she was impressed that I to could speak some Portuguese. I was a bit nervous about having my haircut but Vera made me feel ever so comfortable.
