I made a scheduled order for a birthday present to be delivered 3 days after. The delivery dropped the flowers somewhere with no proof of location or clear photo to help me find in. The delivery was late almost an hour after the specified time. This spoilt my surprise present and I had to waste time and effort trying to get facts.

When I contacted the online flower shop I was told to contact Uber, however, I Uber rejected my claim saying that they will only deal with refund within 48 hours after the order. I contacted again the flower shop, but they refused.

They disrespected my order , spoilt the surprise, and I lost my money.
