Perhaps the most disgusting and barbaric experience we had today at this outlet. There is a 'Noble' lady, an Ill behaved weirdo, at the counter. We politely greeted her to enquire if the ice-cream contains soya as I am allergic to soya. With an impolite pathetic expression and without even listening and greeting us back, she said first pay. Even streetside uneducated vendors have some courtesy to greet anyone but not this foul mouthed weirdo. I had read many negative reviews about this particular outlet and especially about this woman, yet I wonder how the management is so much ignorant and didn't get rid of her. Pathetic experience spoilt the whole shopping mood. Such a shame I had the misfortune of seeing and meeting such a disgusting person today. I suggest the management to either teach your staff some manners or consider well behaved staff. Remember that you are dependant on your customers but not vice-versa. Unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience today, even though we come to this booth a lot and the ice cream is great. Shame the staff lets down the brand. I purchased the ticket and patiently waited in the queue holding the ticket. On 2 occasions the staff had no clue of who was next and served the customer behind me. It was like I was just blanked. On the third time I waved my ticket up and the next staff still attended to another customer behind that! So in the end I just asked the till for a refund. And gave them the reason , and even then got a really poor attitude from the lady staff who authorised the refund, as if it could not have happened. To make matters worse, I witnessed a rolling of the eyes as if to say what was I complaining about, from one member of the serving staff. However, the guy initially at the till was apologetic.
