Recently I bought several bits of shopping including a large milk. As I was walking up the road to go home I realised my outfit was wet, I realised it was the milk, so I put my shopping down to get the milk out and sure enough it was leaking. I took it out of the bag and returned to the store. I explained what had happened and they said that I had dropped it, apparently one of the workers was outside and saw me drop it? I explained again that I didn't and that it just started leaking. My bag was full of milk. They called me a liar, and said if I had told them the truth they would have changed the milk but not now. I kept on saying I am not a liar and it did leak. Eventually they replaced it for me but still called me liar. I and my family have used this shop for years (used to be West Nine) and I have never had a problem till today. As from today we refuse to use this shop! Stuff happens beyond our control, not...

This is one of the most dishonest shops ever. If you’re planning to pay with cash here, please be very careful. They trick you by entering the wrong amount into the system and giving you incorrect change. I gave them £20, but they only entered £10 into the register. The items cost £4.55, and they gave me only £5.45 in change — the correct change for £10, not £20. I asked for the remaining £10 back and told them to check the CCTV to confirm how much I had given them. Conveniently, they claimed the CCTV had stopped working at that exact time. What a coincidence!
