From purchase to delivery, James @LoveMyKitchen has been absolutely amazing! When I first saw a listing for a beautiful 'John Lewis of Hungerford' kitchen on Ebay, I honestly thought it would be too good to be true. The modern kitchen and all appliances looked in absolutely stunning condition. Having now received the kitchen, I can confirm that the pictures and descriptions were indeed a reality. The kitchen was beautifully delivered. Wrapped and extracted with great care from it's original home and now delicately placed in it's new. I even recieved paperwork and guarantees for the appliances. Everything has exceeded my expectations, looking good as new. If you see a listing and have any concerns, don't hesitate to purchase. This is a truly excellent idea, and James runs a service that I am now enthusiastically telling many friends and colleagues about, and even kitchen fitters who routinely must (regretfully) rip out others' perfectly good kitchens! Everyone seems amazed by the concept and also the value, just as I was. In partnership with the specialist removal company, I was reassured and kept updated through what was a very quick sale as the buyer of a new kitchen. I am a newbie (first-time house buyer) and perhaps my only challenge has now been to play catch up, to find local installers, something I have had to navigate (and am still navigating) ... however when considering the discount and the act of planning your new kitchen through using the parts of the existing one it's really rather fun, and the quality of what I have received far exceeds what my budget could have...

We recently bought our kitchen through Love my Kitchen, from start to finish James was brilliant. Even although it was a bank holiday weekend James arranged for a video call with the interior designer on the Monday to enable us to see the kitchen in situ. James then subsequently arranged for a company to professionally dismantle and have it delivered to on a date that was suitable for us even although we were 150 miles away. Everything went so smoothly on the day and the kitchen and worktops arrived in perfect condition. We would have no hesitation in personally recommending James and Love My Kitchen to anyone thinking of replacing...
