A very good experience. The earrings I ordered weren't in stock, I was given the option of cancelling (I didn't) and they arrived, incredibly, only 4 days later, having been meticulously tracked. More than that, I got a handwritten card thanking me for waiting, beautiful packaging and they were exactly what I wanted - I'm allergic to anything but steel or silver, and the spec on the website told me what they were made of, unlike others I looked at. I'll definitely use L and C again - the earrings are gorgeous and many are not too expensive, especially for a London store. Recommended. I dropped by Luna & Curious when I was in the area and immediately ran amok, touching things that I shouldn't and generally being a nuisance. They sell beautiful, quirky and often impractical objects that any woman would be happy to have about her person. The patterned tights, paper eyelashes and grisly jewellery (featuring a necklace of a silver bear stabbed through the heart) are all especially wonderful, though. Despite being ridiculously cool, the owners are very friendly and were more than happy to chat about their wares. The giant glass jar of lemon sherbets just about sealed the deal. Do not buy from this scam company. I wish I hadn't trusted the false reviews here before purchasing. Look on Trust Pilot to read all the one star reviews.

Products are nothing like the photos on the website and arrive cheap and inferior from China. They make it impossible to return staying there will be long delays, high postage costs and unforeseen taxes to pay... I.e you'll never get your money back. What they do is offer you 20% refund to keep a product you'll never...
