Worst concierge and building management EVER. The best they do is sending you service charge and pretty much it.

Extremely disorganise and extremely slow customer service from completion team (Or I would say maybe just one guy in the team).

Very ignorant attitude, building management is in a mess. They try to make it looks like 5 star concierge service but can’t deliver.

Need to delivery some furniture and can you imagine this waited 2 months at least because their special lift is broken down and big items are not “allowed” to use normal lift.

Snagging team is non existent, no one will fix anything even under warranty.

This building is take your money and wish you best of luck.

If you are renting I guess is fine but if you are buying then please avoid...
