This was the worst bubble tea I’ve ever tasted in my life. This is not an exaggeration.

I can usually drink almost anything even if it isn’t to my tastes. After waiting and receiving bad service from the cashier, i received my drink with the wrong order and had to correct it. The cashier said it would be a waste of new bottles but I politely insisted.

After leaving the store and tasting the drink I spat it out - this was after ordering at least 7 bubble teas for my whole family. I am convinced that the milk they’re using is expired. The boba tasted dry and flaky and the side toppings were disgusting.

I’m truly shocked that this is a business that is allowed to serve these drinks. This was the worst experience I’ve genuinely ever had and...

I love matcha milk bubble tea and had to try out this place after having been loyal to Chatime and Gong Cha throughout the lockdown. The matcha milk tea here is really nice, it tasted a bit sweeter than Chatime despite having mine with no sugar, but it did taste good and they have a good variety of flavours and toppings available. The prices are also reasonable! Service was good, the staff were friendly and they accept card payment. Overall nice bubble tea a bit more on the sweeter side amongst all the boba shop competition...

Unfortunately just not good food for £17+. :(
