The worst service I have ever received. I popped into the branch after purchasing a new device, having been an o2 customer for many years I was shocked at the behaviour of Daniel. He clearly disliked his career choice and behaved like a petulant child when asked to do the simplest task in helping me book an appointment with a guru. He was incompetent, rude and clearly lacked basic personal skills along with a complete lack of personal hygiene. Fortunately another gentleman was able to help diffuse the situation after Daniel began ranting and shouting at me in front of other horrified customers. I called the manager up from the back office and she was able to help but I will be lodging another formal complaint to o2 as this type of behaviour cannot be accepted in a customer facing role. Due to my dad being in hospital I couldn’t afford to be without a phone, so I decided to go to a store to request a refund for the time being.
I received the most wonderful customer service from Chigo - who was super helpful. Chigo offered to exchange the phone, but because I was worried about not being contactable I declined the exchange. Chigo cancelled everything and made sure my number was transferred back to my old phone. I also mentioned changing my tariff, and Chigo recommended an excellent deal that was cheaper and still had lots of benefits.
