Olive + Squash — Local services in London

Clean,and small place with quite a few options to choose from! I got a "Lebanese" Chicken wrap,which was lightly toasted on a panini press which I thought was a good touch,as I thought the wrap would be completely cold. I also got a kale, spinach, lemon juice in a bottle. The service was quick,and I was out of there in 7 minutes or less.

Now for the review of the food... The wrap appeared to be quite warm,the first bite was mostly the beetroot quinoa and black olives... Quite a lot of them unfortunately for me! Just tasted 'meh' to me and did not bite into any chicken! Also where were the spices, normally associated with Lebanese flavours??

I at least expected some coriander,and mild cumin flavours going on,but instead bit into some raw bell pepper instead! The inside of the whole thing was quite cold also! The bread warm the quinoa etc,was cold.. Not enjoyable flavours at all!! I think next time they'd be better off serving the wrap cold,than trying to warm it in a panini press! The saving grace of sorts,was the juice. It tastes good,but there could have been more choice of just plain apple/orange juice or decent drinks like Cawstons pressed juices or Dalstons brand drinks,which are sugar free,but tastes good and offers carbonated in options to juices with herbal,but hard to stomach flavours like turmeric.

Maybe a bowl would be better next time,and also, hopefully more choice of drink,and a few more...

This is my first review on any kind of food place. I was walking past with my partner and see the sign say “positive food” after weeks of eating unhealthy takeaways I thought I’d check it out as I needed some sort of goodness in my system. I’m normally very fussy and definitely tend to steer clear of anything “healthy”. I’m so happy I walked in and ordered because this is definitely the best salad I have ever eaten. The freshness and taste blew me and my partner away. Gutted you only have one restaurant and can’t wait to see this become a chain as I most definitely guarantee it will. It was the highlight of my week when I discovered that there’s a place like O+S within a 10 minute walk of my office. The salads are fresh and the ingredients are healthy. Given the freshness of the ingredients and the portions, I find it to be excellent value for money. A salad from Pret is only ~£1-2 cheaper and it’s smaller and the freshness of the ingredients is not comparable. I wanted to dock a star because there’s always a long queue at lunch time (15/20 min) but to be honest the staff works as quickly as they can and they still have a smile on their face...
