Coco di Mama - Italian To Go - New Street Square — Restaurant in London

If I could give zero stars for service, I absolutely would. The customer service was horrendous, and I'm left wondering if the staff are even trained on what proper service looks like. The level of dismissiveness I encountered when asking about missing items from my order was shocking. I was made to feel like an inconvenience, despite being the only customer there. I'm disgusted by the treatment and attitude of the staff member.

On top of that, I witnessed something deeply concerning regarding food safety. One of the staff members, wearing long nail extensions, was handling food without gloves. This is a major violation of food hygiene standards and is completely unacceptable. It’s actually the second time I’ve noticed this happening, but before I could address it with her, she disappeared to the back.

Disgraceful service. I ordered a filter coffee on their silly order machines and blonde woman at the front of house at 10:30 today just made me an americano and decided I wouldn't notice or know the difference. The difference is that an americano is a boiling hot drunk that burns your mouth. And filter is served at a much cooler temperature. I confronted her about it and she casually just said, yeah, we don't have filter. Qell, than you say, sorry, we don't have filter. You don't pass off crap to your customers. The guy who served me looked so miserable I almost lose my appetite, he was just standing there looking at his till serious, not even said hi and when I ordered the slow cooked ragu special I was given no napkins, not a welcoming at all and I have been in almost every coco di mama and never had this sour/bitter costumer service interaction. On top of that my ragu had almost no meat and cheese in it other then a massive piece of fat. I don’t recommend you come here for here are plenty other places around that are nicer. No wonder when I walked in the place was almost empty in the middle...
