If there was ever a company, a supermarket, ripping off and stealing from its customers, no matter how wealthy they are, it's Partridge's. £25 for a precooked chicken!!! £6 for Rustique Camembert when its only £2.70 in the country's most expensive supermarket. It's scandalous. The list of rip off prices is too long to mention. It's disgusting and disgraceful greed on behalf of a chain of shops that is trying to be something it's not. I think it’s a good store for small food gifts, or for creating your own personalised gift hampers, aggregating by yourself in a basket with cellophane refined foods that aren’t easy to find elsewhere:

it seemed to me that the proportion of long shelf life delicacies that you cannot find in every supermarkets is higher than in the bigger Partriges in Sloan Square, although their deli counter is smaller.
