Located in the same building as the Queen Elizabeth Hall next to the Festival Hall on Southbank, the Purcell Room is fairly small and the rake of the seating isn't the best so your view of the stage can easily be blocked by the person in front. As for what is shown, I've only been there once for the premiere os a Noh play, written/performed jointly by American and Japanese nationals, which was educational and...
