This review is LONG overdue, but better late than never! I guess I’ve just been basking in the beauty of my ring!
After trying on engagement rings everywhere— from Tiffany’s in Beverly Hills to DeBeers, Harry Winston, and more in London, nothing seemed to really be the ONE. I also didn’t love the idea of purchasing a $45,000+ ring that had been tried on by tons of other people since I really wanted it to be special.
We were actually brought to the Hatton Garden area by an appointment at another place which ended up being a quite disappointing experience. We were nearly ready throw in the towel when all of a sudden we spotted Queensmith, which I swear had a gleaming light from above shining down on it! I told my fiancé “let’s try this place” and immediately it just felt right. We were lucky to be able to secure an appointment with Brett, who really made the whole experience amazing and made our decision to go with Queensmith much easier.
Getting to see first-hand how the jewelry making process works and learning about where the diamonds are sourced (both lab grown and natural) was enough to sell us, but the cherry on top was learning that we could create a CUSTOM ring from the top down. Brett took us through all of the options, and when it came time to pick a diamond, just like the way Queensmith stood out, when we saw one particular diamond, my fiancé and I both audible said “wow” and knew it was the one. My fiancé REALLY knew it was the one when he learned that the price was so much more reasonable than the others we had seen at other stores (haha)!
With a trip to Finland booked soon, we needed this to be done quickly, and Brett and the team were super helpful with exceeding all of our hopes and dreams within our timeline. I’m so glad I found Queensmith, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for that special ring, no matter their budget!

Read moreThis rating isn’t about the ring or the service leading up to my fiancé buying the ring. It’s specifically for the customer service i received from Eddi during a resize appointment.
We called to let the establishment know we’d be a few minutes late and when we started the appointment, it was supposed to last for 15 minutes.
From the moment we saw Eddi, she went on a tangent listing the terms and conditions, talking about how it had already been worn and there’s no time in the appointment to get a new design. Bear in mind at no point did I even mention getting a new design or changing the ring. She didn’t even know why we were at the appointment! You would think she would listen to my worries first before going off. I was aghast.
And even after expressing how displeased we were with her going off like this and her not listening, she told us we’d have to get another appointment, with 10 minutes left. Keep in mind, she didn’t even offer a slot or anything.
Literally the whole 15 minutes spent on us complaining that she wasn’t even listening and her not listening. Such a horrid horrid person.

Read moreI cannot praise Queensmith highly enough. It was with a little trepidation that I approached the idea of selecting an engagement ring for my other half, and after much online due diligence, it was time to speak with experts in person.
From the outset, Eddi was hugely helpful and immediately put my nervousness at ease. He kindly and enthusiastically educated me on what to look for in a diamond, what to prioritise and what was less important, which was incredibly helpful. He also listened to my needs and we landed on a ring that my now fiancé loved. I was also taken on a tour of their labs underground and shown how everything comes together. Very insightful to see what goes in to the final output. A very nice touch indeed.
What else can I say - the ring arrived on the time, meaning that the hard work was left to me for the actual proposal on holiday. My partner and I have since returned for the complementary resizing (I of course got the size wrong), and they kindly also offered to take them on a tour of their facilities too. She loved it.
