I first met Paul and Sean at the national wedding show before I was engaged myself, they are such wonderful genuine people that when I did get engaged and there was a problem with the ring that was sold to us they were the first people I thought of. When I called them I was so stressed about having this engagement ring that wasn't what it was supposed to be spec wise but after a few minutes talking to them I was instantly calmed! We travelled to London to meet with the guys, they looked at my current ring which we had made the decision to return and began creating my dream engagement ring together. They had already sourced a selection of beautiful diamonds for us to look at, and they had amazingly found 'the one' for us just from listening to the kind of stones I liked on the phone. Visiting their workshop is such an intimate and personal experience, Sean and Paul involve you in every step of the design process so it really is something you create together. We left feeling so happy and excited that the stress of what came before just melted away. In the next couple of days revisions of the computerised design were emailed to us for minor tweaks and just 1 week after our initial visit my engagement ring was ready for us to collect. The stone was set in to the ring whilst we were there and it was incredible to witness my ring coming to life, it is something I will treasure forever. I look at my engagement ring every day and can't believe how beautiful and perfect it is, something that simply did not exist in any jewellers (we did the leg work!) but they made it possible and even more beautiful than I imagined it could be. People constantly comment on my ring and ask where it was from, I always tell them about our fantastic experience and will recommend them to anyone who is considering a jewellery purchase. I can't wait to see the boys again to work on our wedding rings, and any other significant pieces of jewellery we buy will always come from them now. I can't write a recommendation strong enough to express how much we rate Hyde & Park and appreciate all they did for us, when you leave you will feel like you made new friends. And for all of this they are so competitively priced it makes the shops of Hatton Garden look extortionate, everyone thinks bespoke must mean a bigger price tag but that cannot be further from the truth. We were recommended to Paul from our good friends who previously used him for their wedding rings, and we are so glad we did this. From the beginning it was clear that this was not about getting a sale and they also understood the budget they had to work with. Paul and Eloise initially spoke with us to explain the end to end process of what would be involved in getting the rings from us walking in to designing the ring, making the ring and us walking out happy with what has been created. They were very open and honest about the process and sat us down to talk us through the process of how a diamond is sourced and also how to identify what is a good diamond and the way in which it is certified. They also showed us the online market they use which shows us pricing so that we understood the pricing of the stones we looked at. During this visit Paul created a CAD design of the ring we wanted and also made the relevant adjustment to ensure that the ring would be wedfit, then the design was final and we got to see a 3D image of the ring on screen and Paul talked us through why certain elements work and why some don't, which was an excellent insight for us to understand. During this visit we were also shown the workshop to get an understanding of how the ring would be made.

From this both Paul and Eloise had gone above and beyond to source the stones required for our ring. On our next visit they had presented us with the stones that would be used, but not only that they had also printed a 3D ring in plastic to get a real idea of how the ring would look when complete, the newly sourced diamonds were placed in the ring and we could visualise what we were creating, following this meeting as all was agreed, the ring was created and we visited for one final time to try the ring on and once we were happy with the final product (we were over the moon). Eloise took some amazing pictures of the ring and sent them on to us. As stated above this experience was never just about selling us a ring, they took a full interest in our lives and our wedding preparations and also provided us with great advice and ideas not just for the wedding but our futures too. We will always be eternally grateful to Paul and Eloise for their help and would always highly recommend...

I can’t recommend Sean and Paul enough! I’ve been wanting to have my rings redone by them for years but it’s never been a priority & I don’t live very close to London but my husband & i decided to do it in time for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I won’t go into all the reasons but I hadn’t been quite happy with my rings & never wore my engagement ring because of it. A friend recommended Sean & Paul & when I eventually got to meet them I was impressed!

Even though what I wanted was quite a simple design I’m quite particular about little details & was highly impressed how Sean just got exactly what I was saying & designed it on the computer for me, he was really able to understand what I wanted.

I was indecisive about a couple of things so they made me some casts of it in wax & then in silver so I could really get an idea of what it would look like.

When it came time to make the rings I was really nervous & they were very patient with me & explained everything. Paul worked really hard to get it right for me & I felt awful telling him I wasn’t happy with the band of the engagement ring. Not a problem, without any fuss he made the ring 2 more times to get it just how I wanted.

Sean and Paul make you feel like you’re their only client even though I suspect they are very busy. They’re friendly, honest guys, very welcoming & exceptionally good at what they do. I really feel they go above and beyond and they want their clients to be happy. They will work with you to get it right whilst being honest about what is possible and what is not.

I’d say their pricing is amazing for the work they put in & the time they will spend on you. If you are thinking about getting some jewellery made & not sure whether to give them a try I’d say just make an appointment for a chat & you will be pleased you did. I don’t think I could go anywhere else now & they assure you that they will clean, polish & help you maintain your jewellery free of charge going forward. They even cleaned & polished a couple of my other rings free of charge before I ever committed to working with them.
