Beautiful rings but awful service from two different people. I’ve been to their shop twice. Once to look at a wedding band and was greeted by a lady who said how daintier jewellery isn’t really “that good” (discussing her daughter’s taste in necklaces and looking at my elegant necklace and comparing them). Her attitude left me a bit baffled so I went with a different company for my beautiful diamond wedding band. I then visited them again to look at a diamond ring as I had my eye set on one of their engagement rings. I thought maybe I just had a bad experience with one of the ladies and I’ll try someone else. I kept on saying to the sales associate that I prefer smaller stones ( nothing to do with money - some of us prefer elegant rings over rings that look like costume jewellery ) but she kept on pushing larger stone. I thought I’ll go with someone else but still had my eye on their particular type of ring. I then got in touch and after some communicated asked if I could get some pictures of the ring (there are plenty of them online but as someone who’s about to spend 2k I would appreciate someone helping me dig them out). I was then pushed to leave a deposit before any pictures can be sent. Fine, can they do a quick video call (standard practice with jewellers) to show me instead? No, again, asking for a deposit. How can I leave a deposit if I haven’t seen a picture of the ring? When I tried it on, I wasn’t told I could take a picture so I didn’t. All I wanted was a picture or two so I can pay THE FULL AMOUNT not just the deposit with a lighter heart. Can’t compare to the customer service received at a store from which I bought my wedding band and will be buying an engagement ring...

Thank you for the amazing service you have provided. Me and my partner have only been to a couple of jewellery stores for an engagement ring. We never intended to visit Harmony Jewels until Antea spoke to me as I was viewing the rings from outside while waiting for an appointment with another store. She was so friendly and managed to get me into the store and talk about ring styles, shape of the stone, budget, etc. I was not interested to go to other stores because I felt so comfortable discussing rings with her and she understood exactly what I wanted. I also met Rania who was amazing, she was very welcoming. They understood and were respectful when we said we needed to go to our next appointment and promised that they will organise a range of rings to look at when we’re done with our appointment.

When we went back to Harmony Jewels they completely understood what styles I was after. It took me 30 minutes or so deciding which ring I preferred. Antea & Rania had a lot of knowledge and helped me throughout the process to help me pick out my engagement ring. Everytime I picked a ring to go with I would change my mind and she was very patient and told me to go have a think about it and to come back, which is amazing since jewellers are known to be very pushy.

I would definitely recommend this store. The whole team was amazing. My ring took about 5 weeks, I was getting a little impatient but the results are just flawless and I can tell they took their time to create a beautiful engagement ring for me.

We actually found Harmony through my partner looking for ring ideas on Tik Tok and fell in love instantly! We had the BEST experience with Harmony Jewels, couldn’t fault a thing. Myself and my partner both went to the store to spec the engagement ring as I knew she was clear what she wanted and might as well get it exactly so! We were served by Antea and she was so smiley and welcoming and so happy to be a part of our initial speccing session. As we had no experience around jewellery at all she took us from top to bottom of the speccing a ring, every single element she explained perfectly, and help us build the perfect ring for my partner. They offered everything, and I mean everything! Totally custom including the options for both lab grown and earth mined to all the cuts and colours. The session felt so personal and we came away grinning from ear to ear!! I ordered the ring about 5/6 months later and went back to the store to collect it. Antea served me again and we’d been dealing directly with each other throughout the process, so it was nice to close the loop from start to end. All in all I couldn’t fault the process and the ring turned out perfectly and most importantly she said YES!! Antea asked if I could send her pictures afterwards as she wanted to see, so I did!
