My first experience with the brand was at this store and contrary to some of the other reviews, the staff working that day were pretty lovely and helpful. Had a pleasant time shopping at the store (plus the interior is absolutely stunning) and some of the items really did exceed my expectations (A part of me was initially afraid that this was one of those stores that looked down on you if you weren’t a size 0-2 but this wasn’t the case from my personal experience). On that note, this experience encouraged me to go to their archive sale today. It was generally a good experience and most of the staff were lovely and some understandably tired. Everything was fine up until check out. I was faced with the “passive aggression” or “sassy” attitude the other reviews were probably talking about. I stood there pretty dumbfounded and confused since I was purchasing a couple things (This is not an excuse for poor behaviour if people chose NOT to purchase anything) . It made me wonder if I was doing something wrong. Also made me wonder if you needed to fit a certain “look” or “standard” to be treated nicely in here. This left a sour taste in my mouth which is the only reason Im giving it 4 stars. Otherwise, I do like this brand and the store but probably more cautious now...

The store itself is nice and simple, but I had to wait outside as it was busy - I was literally the only person waiting and it definitely wasn't busy enough to not let me in, I would understand if there had been more people waiting but there was room for one person. When I did get in I was IMMEDIATELY asked to pick which dresses I wanted to try on, I literally didn't even get 1 second to actually browse. Luckily I had come with a specific dress in mind, but after telling the two assistants that name they definitely pressured me into picking more than one dress - repeatedly asking me if that was all and was I sure I didn’t want to try anything else until I gave in. Ultimately, I picked another dress I had had my eye on, but this was all whilst I was standing in the middle of the store, it's like I wasn't even allowed to go up and browse anything. Afterwards, I would say the experience was fine, the changing room girls downstairs were nice and we had a bit of a chat. But I felt as though the overall experience doesn't match the prices they charge. They've gone for a very luxury boutique vibe but the pressure from the staff to make you try on more then one dress and not letting you even browse just...

I purchased a dress online and the size is not what I expected at all,and they told me I couldn’t return it because the product is on-sale,so I tried to do exchange.I’m going to fly to Japan tomorrow,I really need to do exchange as soon as possible.so I thought they could help me to do exchange or something else in store.I went all the way from where I live to this store,but the staff didn’t want to help me at all! She just said it was different system she couldn’t do anything for me. i understand some brands have 2 different systems for online and in-store,but it is the same brand anyway!! How can you refuse to help me immediately just because I didn’t purchase in your store? Let alone it wasn’t clearly explained that the online purchase couldn’t do exchange/refund in-store.i even friendly asked if it’s possible she can contact someone in the company to see if we can sort it out,she literally said no before I finished what I said!
