It's all cheap resold aliexpress!!! DO NOT buy anything from there!!! I paid £45 for a necklace you can find online for £2 💔 No response from their customer service either on any platform. I only realised the day after when I'd left london and couldn't go back in person to return :( The store is presented with a high quality and the sales assistant was super pushy. Feel so silly now looking back which really spoiled my memories. Pickpic is gonna drive a big flow of customers through so please everyone, if you like something I beg just take a pic to reverse image search it later! Don't buy anything there!!! The sales assistant misrepresented and missold the items quality (platinum-plated) to me so I am eligible for a refund but they refuse to respond anywhere.

They also post on Instagram about how they're a small asian woman owned business but companies house tells a different story with 4 male Indian names? 🤣 Disgusting...

Absolutely one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. The staff acted as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer, and the lady with red hair was particularly awful—constantly staring me up and down in a way that felt judgmental and rude, as if I didn’t belong there. I tried to browse quietly, but it was impossible to feel comfortable in that environment.

On top of the terrible service, the products themselves are extremely disappointing. Everything I looked at felt cheap and poorly made, far from the quality I would expect from a store like this. Prices are high for items that don’t last and don’t feel worth it at all.

Disgustingly rude staff. Upon looking at other reviews I realised I was not the only one who experienced this. The staff were following me from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. I asked if they had a skirt in another size and the young lady rudely said ‘no if we had it, it would obviously be there’ and signalled to give her the skirt back and I said politely ‘ I’m not done with it’ and she rolled her eyes and walked off????? The owner of senspace needs to take a look at who their employing it’s not good enough! On top of that everything is CHEAP shein quality and OVERPRICED not worth it if you want the same jewlerry I’ll literally send you the link on shein. I’m glad I didn’t give this...
