Never go near this hair salon ! They can completely ruined your hair! 不要靠近这家美发店。他们会彻底的毁掉了头发!

Last Friday, 30th December 2022, I went to this salon to get my hair permed. I ended up with completely burnt hair and shredded hair. The following is the nasty behavior of female hairdresser Ms. Wu. She claims to have 21 years of hair cutting experience, but she is not a professional hairstylist at all! I just need to trim the ends of my shoulder length hair, but she pulled it up and cut it below her fingers, it was not only short but messy. It was agreed in advance that all I need are medium curls, but she used very fine curls and left the perm liquid on my hair for over 40 minutes. Even though the heat blower had stopped, she didn't rinse it off for me, just helping several other male students continue to cut their hair. But what's even worse is that she only rinsed with water for 1 minute afterwards, and at my insistence, she only rinsed another minute longer, and then put on the stabilizer liquid immediately before drying my hair. Then let the stabilizer on my hair for another 40+ minutes while cutting hair for other students ! Under my constant urging, she washed and unrolled my hair impatiently and sarcasm. As a result, when she noticed that my hair was burnt, she tried to cover it with a lot of mousse and shouted her opinion to cover up that she didn't have a perm technique at all. When I asked for a mirror to see the condition of my hair on the back, she shoved me a mirror and forced me to see it myself, and uttered nonsense, trying to force me to accept the damage she caused. Until her manager told her to go away.

Depressingly ! My healthy long hair was completely ruined by being too tired to notice her poor work in time! Even her manager apologetically told me to come back and fix it again in 7-8 months. For that I will give this manager 1 star.

I have always went to Japanese Salon untill I found this one! This salon is the best one I have visited since I moved to London. The staffs are soooo friendly and really know their staff about cuts and cults. Yang knew exactly what to do it made me feel relieved. It was cut by a young guy. I was told he is experienced. It was such a shoddy job and I had to go in the next day to get it fixed. But it still looks badly done. I took some photos and sent to my hairdresser in China and he said he wouldn't accept it at an apprentice level. I had to go to a Korean hairdresser to get it finally styled to the best it can be. I wouldn't go back there ever. I am sticking with the Korean hair...
