Whole experience lasted less than 10mins, staff barely spoke English. The experience started with a hair wash. Went to his station to cut my hair. I asked for a 2 block but was insisted that I showed a picture which is fine due to language barrier. Saw the image for a few seconds and said okay which gave me confidence he knew what to do. He got the razer out with a no.2 guard and went through sides once with small amount of touch up on the back then showed me how the back looked straight away, which felt weird but maybe he was proud of his work. As usually this is done at the end of the cut. We then washed my hair again and back to his station. I saw how uneven my hair is as large chunks on the back was not sitting properly as well as the sides looking uneven. He then blowed dried my hair and even then it was looking bad and asked if I wanted gel on my hair and I said okay and the cut was done. He said it'll be £23, at this point I was thinking what? The cut is done? I take longer as well as put more effort in to brush my teeth than he did to cut my hair. I just wanted to leave and never come back so I was getting my card out to pay and he said it was cash only. So I had to go get cash from the atm nearby and pay. Honestly the longest part of the cut was walking. How he could charge £23 for 2 washes and going through sides once, is beyond me. The sideburns were untouched. The sides were not cut evenly. I would show a picture but the cut is so bad I don't want this on...

£23 for a really short and terrible haircut, the worst I’ve had in my life. If I can give -1 I would do!

I had been growing my hair for more than 5 months since I moved to London, to not let someone just destroy and waste my hair. I was so careful to pick the hair salon that I could trust to cut my hair but it came out really badly.

I had my hair really long, simple men’s centre parting style and what I wanted was just to trim it a little bit, also I had shown him the photos of how I wanted it, he acknowledged it.

But he just cut how he wanted, and didn’t care how I wanted it to be, he didn’t ask me how short I wanted it. Not only was it too short but also uneven with no shape.

I’ve read the reviews and they sounded decent but the experience was so the opposite. It’s really unacceptable. I know that the hair will grow back but it won’t grow back like in the next minutes or next hours! It takes time to grow and everybody cares how they look.

Then I had to go and get it fixed within 5 minutes somewhere else right...

ALL THE STARS! My first time here today and it’s my new favourite place. A friend recommend I get my hair bleached here. PERFECT experience. Efficient & professional, warm & friendly (and you could see happy regulars), helpful advice for my first ever bleach, and just a lovely vibe. Because it was a long session they looked after me and made sure I wasn’t hungry or thirsty.

A quick tidy of my cut was thrown in, as well and I’ll come back for root touch ups and will try my haircuts here too.
