Always a pleasure to be able to pop here for a quick relaxation in the middle of central london rush- even though there is no steam or sauna, I am able to shower to go back to work after my lunch break, the team are always so understanding and flexible. Prices are certainly Competitive for the area, I would certainly recommend.. ! The products are quite nice also, but above all it's the therapists that I come for and really know what they're doing and that's what I love. I have been to multiple spas world wide where the products smelt good but the therapist touch wasnt to match. I have seen a change in staff in the past 7 years, I would've come regularly for Chantelle and Susie, (if you ever read this, I miss you both! And hope you're well! Your two were unbelievably amazing) I know Olga well through the years and she is absolutely splendid. I will need to try therapists Hannah and Charis next time as each have their own lovely energy and really can tell they enjoy what they do and know their stuff when it comes to aches and pains in the body! I took my daughter Charlotte here on Monday 7th April for a surprise. It's my birthday and Charlotte s 21st Birthday on the same day- 12th April We had a wonderful experience, a 2 hour ritual( Scrub, massage and facial) Tailor- made to our specifications. ie Did we prefer a specific scented massage oil? An explanation as to what was the procedure, re assurance as to whether the pressure of the massage was OK etc. Felt pampered from head to toe throughout, lovely scents, relaxing music, not invasive. And when we were seated in reception afterwards, we were presented with 2 cakes and 2 glasses of Champagne, to celebrate our joint Birthday. A fabulous experience, we will be back! I had my first ever couple's massage with my husband at the spa here in Brown's Hotel. It's a wonderful relaxing place to unwind and get pampered. They had so many treatments available plus all their products are organic. I did an aromatherapy massage and Fouzia my therapist did an outstanding job. She explained the available products & procedure very well and had an excellent pressure. My husband had a deep tissue massage from Hannah and he's never felt so relaxed after the treatment. He felt amazing! We had to change the time of our booking the day before, and Hanna assisted us very kindly.
