I was assaulted and robbed right outside this casino while security stood by and did nothing.

After a man harassed me inside the casino, trying to extort me the money I had won, he chased me out, physically blocked me from leaving, tried to snatch my phone, and eventually ripped my bag off me. I screamed for help, but the security team simply stood by and watched because it happened "outside their responsibility."

When the police arrived, they asked the security staff to confirm what happened — and incredibly, they covered for the man, saying they didn’t see anything, despite everything happening right in front of them and on their cameras.

I expected a casino of this level to ensure a safe environment for patrons, especially women being attacked at 3:00 AM. Instead, the staff refused to act, denied witnessing the attack, and left me to fend for myself.

Completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing behavior from the staff of Palm...

I was genuinely impressed with the warm and professional welcome I received at the entrance. There was a Romanian security guard with a white beard and goatee who greeted me so politely and respectfully. He was calm, friendly, and made me feel safe right away. A true example of how great security should be.

He even introduced me to his supervisor, Valdet, who was also very polite and well-spoken. It was honestly a nice surprise to meet such respectful and well-mannered staff.

The rest of the security team were also great – professional, discreet, and clearly well-trained. The whole team seems very well-chosen and organised.

The place itself is beautiful – stylish reception, a great-looking bar, good music, and friendly staff. The whole experience was excellent from the moment I arrived.
