Poorly stocked and lack of maintenance. Location is great, nice furnishings, wonderful plants. However been here many times now, the staplers never work, paper cutters don’t all work, printers often break or jam and no easy way for the the app to let the managers know. Printing and cutting for ideas/ mood boards is about one of the only reasons we need to work outside of homes apart from occasional change of scenery. No coco powder just some cheap hot chocolate powder. The milk and oat milks run out quickly on busy shared floors but on there floors you see them throwing/dumping milk out in bulk...not very environmentally friendly really. It’s about £600/m so one should be able to expect some breakfast items/fruits/ or just sparking water tap, not just the plant milk and basic coffee machine, and when even the basics run out it’s little sad. No front desk after hours and the few hospitality team members are a bit hit and miss. Some are really lovely abut some are rather condescending and act as if they own the place and tell you off when you occasionally get stuck in the door or need a new whiteboard marker (oh yes they keep putting dry pens and markers back instead of just change them) the gate instead of just be nice and help. It’s ok not to have staff sure it’s pretty much a self serving place but at least give the app some function to call someone remotely or give quick way for feedback, so your users can let you know if you can manage your stock better or something is broken which in term actually will save you a lot of waste and staffing hours.
Another 2 month still broken paper cutter- what’s the point of replying here when you don’t do...

(Same across other branches I have used, staff are in party mode rather than running a professional front of house for commercial clients. They are not bothered about doing any work as they dont get monitored, there is No Formal point of escalation for Complaints within the company itself. Staff and Management are just getting paid to come into the office to chill out, play and have fun. This isn't a business environment where you can rely on the staff to fulfill basic Office Administrative tasks. All their offices are run by people who behave like they are at a Student Party. You can't advertise yourself as a Professional Corporate Office in Central London then employe staff who just want to Rave and do no work. Just set up a Student Guild, will be a better business model for you)
I had been called repeatedly and ensured that I could have addresses set up here for my work if I signed up. Having gone through the whole process they then changed their minds and started telling me I couldn't. It's been a nightmare as no one helps you after they have signed you up and taken payment. I requested refund straight away within couple of days and have been trying to cancel my direct debit which they keep collecting. I haven't used their services at all. They have not been helpful post sign up and I would definitely not recommend. It appears they just want sign ups and not interested in keeping their word or ongoing customer service.

Read more[Let down by the community staff, think twice before you pay] This wework location has the lowest google review score for a reason. Nice office but the staff are cold, have this "none of my business", "computer says no" attitude, which is hugely frustrating as tiny task/simple query can take very long time to resolve, it significantly slows the business down if you are a freelancer/startup/scale up. You will lose clients. I use other wework offices and in comparison the Canary Wharf staff are particular lack of the human touch and customer service skills (as if they are robots and execute program commend only). They have plenty of time to chat and play with each other but has no time to help the customer. They have one answer for almost everything - "not my problem, check the app".
It has the worst corporate office unhelpful experience with slow/no response, DO NOT JOIN. The similar feedback about the staff at Canary Wharf has been consistently given. The higher management team should take this seriously and make some...
