Customer service was pretty poor by one of the staff as she wasn’t as helpful as I hoped she would. I asked her about a sizing of a ring, so she went to the back to get one. The ring size turned out to be too small, which I’ve informed her, but she never bothered to go back to get a bigger ring size and just told me “you can just get it from the internet”

The point of me being in the shop was to try out the rings of different sizes instead of buying it online without trying. This was to avoid wasting my time buying the wrong one online, but the staff didn’t seem to get it.

First time here I was overcharged for a piercing as the earring I wanted was out of stock, therefore given an alternative without being told about the price difference. I was also told to come back in 5-6 weeks to shorten my piercing bar which would cost £10 but the second and absolute last time I went this had been doubled. I also had the worst service from Faye if that’s even her name. This assistant was so so rude and tried to charge me £20 after I had just made a piercing appt which I no longer wanted to keep. She lied and said that she had me aware of this fee, and the manager was no better at trying to come...

This place is unforgettable. Sly with tourists, we spent the most amount compared to everyone else in that store, and when we sat in front of them after doing the bracelet thing for only 2 minutes to see the map before we walked out of the store, they asked me to move, saying they had next customers. I knew that was a lie because there weren't any customers in the store; it was 5:30 PM. So rude! I bought the earrings and asked for 6mm backs for the earrings, but they gave me 8mm, which I had already told them what I wanted.
