The managers in the store are unprofessional, arrogant, rude, dishonest & very condescending. If you ever need to deal with them. They have no customer service skills. They even have a preplanned script they will use against you. They will back each other no matter what wrong one of them does. They wanted to check my bags. I knew their accusations were false so initially questioned. I had security grab my arm and bag. cctv will prove. The accused me of being aggressive just for asking name of person on security. Completely ignored the guard being physical. Rudely shouted me down saying he doesn't need to give. If you gesture with hand they will aggressively order you to put your hands down. How do you point someone out when you aren't given a name. They will accuse you of being aggressive straight away. They actually go all out to escalate the situation. If you step forward to speak to a manager he will accuse you of being aggressive. Even when you are old with white hair and he was young aggressive tall male. If you try reason with them they will shout down at you, with an accusing blaming manner being provocative. I was falsely accused. After I proved them wrong shown my bag there was no proper apology. Instead a condescending rant that went on as I was walking out of store and I had my back to the manager verbally attacking me. Cctv will prove again. Store manager was there just watched and supported the behaviour of other manager. I contacted customers services who apologised to me but never got back to me. I have never been to store since. I reflected on the situation the arguments they come at me attacking straight away showed they used a lot. If they had customer services skill why did not once try speaking nicely. Last time I purchased a cordless parkside device as always comes without battery and I didn’t know it doesn’t include battery I had to come back the week after to buy a battery, but I couldn’t find battery while Lidl was still selling a few different Parkside devices without batteries. I asked one of the staffs (who introduced himself as manager) About batteries as the shelf was empty. He replied saying that someone came bought all the batteries! I told him how do you sell all batteries to one person and don’t have a limit of selling it like other markets(maximum 2 or 3 item per person) while you are still selling the device without battery?
