Al Aqsa Takeaway (Kebab House) — Restaurant in Manchester

I have been going to this place for years and have always loved their pizzas. I have never given any food place a bad review. But my most recent experience has caused me to give one to this place. I placed an order at 9:30 to collect at 10:30 when someone would be able to pick it up. Asked how long it would take them to make it and they replied 15 minutes to which i requested the guy on the phone to start preparing at 10:15. Rung back at 9:50pm to change my order to larger pizzas when i was informed that all the food was ready. I asked why the food was already prepared because the time it reached me it would be cold and the man on the phone rudely told me it was my problem. To which i replied that the i asked the food to be made at 10:15. He asked if i wanted the food. Obviously I didn't want to pay money for cold food and asked for it to be remade. He said okay and hung up on me mid sentence. Went to collect at 10:30 and was given the first order, nothing had been remade. Paid over £25 on freezing cold food and half of the order missing. We had to reheat it all in the microwave. Won't be coming back here anytime soon, they need to sort out the attitudes of the guys on the counter and their overall customer service. Food was also tasteless. This place has gone completely downhill. Not going back...

Tell the Just Eat drivers that he need not put our order (one bag of food) in the boot of his car and drive to us at break neck speed (as we are not tooo faaar down the road from you), only for the food to be smothered in mint sauce (which came in a seperate tub)...The naan bread and wrapping ended up being covered in sauce too. Our order wasn't packed with caution!

Just in case the owner/manager reads this, our order was placed on 25/04/2024 at 22:11 p.m., under my sister's name, Customer ID ending 8905..

I don't have a Just Eat account to make a complaint about this order... My sister wasn't as bothered as I am cos they are sometimes too soft hearted. The food was for my mother! And she wasn't impressed in what state it got to us.....................

Seems busy, my only gripe is the guy at the front is very rude especially if you dare to complain about the order. They do not give you receipt , they take your order verbally along with 10 people before you and after you and you better hope when it comes to paying you know exactly what your paying for. If you must go to this place order there popular dish which is koobeda kebab. If you order things like lamb chops you only get the bones which they claim "the meat is mixed with you koobeda!!!!" Remember you can't argue with them as 1) they struggle to speak English and 2) there attitude is by shouting at you that customers are always wrong in there menacing broken English. Finally cash only (to avoid tax man) and to make you life hell looking for cash machine and also no proof of order just in case you report them to trading standards. My advise take pictures...
