Visited with family for dinner, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. They served a completely different bun for the Shami Kabab burger, which was clearly not meant for it. If they had run out of the right buns, the staff should have informed us instead of throwing in whatever they had left. Thatâs just basic customer service.
Cleanliness? Absolutely pathetic. I have attached a photo of the chair where used tissues can be seen easilyâthis speaks for itself. On top of that, the place is poorly maintained, with broken logos and exposed wiresâan obvious safety hazard. Itâs clear they donât care about hygiene or the overall dining experience.
Now, letâs talk about the ownerâs response. Instead of taking accountability and addressing the issues, he chose to personally attack us , implying that Iâm âthey served other customers sameâ This is the level of professionalism you can expect hereâblaming the customer rather than fixing his failing business. If this is how he handles customer feedback, I can only imagine how seriously he takes food quality and hygiene (spoiler: he doesnât).
Food: Low-grade Hygiene: Non-existent (photo attached as proof) Ambience: Below average and poorly maintained Prices: Overpriced
A restaurant that canât take criticism and chooses to insult customers instead of improving doesnât deserve business. Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options where youâll be treated with respect to spend your hard...
Read moreI have visited this place 3 x first occasion we unfortunately encountered a hair in our food, this really ruined our breakfast. Refund was provided for that dish only, and assurance was given that kitchen staff will wear head coverings and gloves in the future. Second time sadly noticed none of the kitchen staff wore any hygiene gear and to my dismay had to send our food back to be replaced as they served us burnt prantay. 3rd time I really expected some improvement- however it is definitely the last time for me. We were told before ordering our food by the cashier (young lady with scarf) that our food will be delayed and she had âno idea how long it would be due to online ordersâ. Unfortunatelythe order was incorrect when served, issue was raised and the cashier presented us with a kitchen staff member (cook) who proceeded to argue about the food we ordered! We had clearly ordered the âbutter chicken rollâ described as âshredded chickenâ - we were served keema pranta. His justification was that he had put butter inside it, hence it was now a butter chicken! đ¤Śđťââď¸ He continued to be argumentative and rude for a while until another member of staff stepped in (Zahra) who had the decency to apologise on behalf of the kitchen staff and corrected the mistake. Front of house staff are generally polite, flustered when busy and unorganised. Our food came in instalments and we had to go back to ask for our tea. Over all not impressed wonât be...
Read moreLast night was just...... sensational!!!!! All meats were fall of the bone tender and succulent. It was all naughty and luxurious man. My only regret....not having more money to buy more, and not slowing down to savour it more. I took my friend for the first time too, and she was delighted and sooooooOOOO thankful for the introduction to such a yummy place. The customer service could've been a tad better-the main waiter was lovely, don't get me wrong, but the OCCASIONAL long, sad face, slow movements, lack of manners and attention, and huffing and puffing, because he was very tired he said, was off-putting and not a good look for such a great place. His persona didn't match the quality of food. However, it's so bloody gorgeous. I admit it....I'm addicted!!! The Nihari is the best I've EVERRRRRRR tasted, and no one warned me how sweet and NEXTTTTT LEVEL it tasted the day after-oh my days!!!!!! Absolutely delicious. Every single bite and drink was just next level man. Big up...
