I really wanted to get back blonde from very dark, I had quite a lot of buildup of colour over the years, I came in and had a free consultation with Reece who specialises in colour and then a consultation with a hairdresser but I can’t remember his name, I was really concerned about how thin my hair had gone over the years from extensions, Reece suggested to cut it in to a Bob and to slowly start the blonde process to reduce damage. Explained explained everything really thoroughly and I felt really excited about the new change, I then booked in to start the process the week after, I had my Cut down first by Lizzie who again was just amazing, she instantly knew what would suit me before we’d even started and it was a big change I was losing around 7 inches off my hair , once Lizzie had finished the cut reece then started with the colour, Reece explained everything and was so amazing. I’m so thrilled with my new hair I have so many compliments from people even strangers on the street, my hair feels so much thicker and healthier, I’m absolutely over the moon. I would definitely recommend visiting Reece and Lizzie at vidal sasson, you won’t regret it , I was really looked after from the moment I walked in , until the moment I left , I’m so happy with my hair .

My colorist, Christian, deserves high praise for his exceptional skills and attention to detail. He took the time to listen to my desires and concerns, ensuring that he understood exactly what I wanted. Despite the challenges of my difficult hair, Christian worked meticulously to achieve fantastic results that exceeded my expectations. Christian is a true artist and one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Louise, the Salon Director and my stylist, added the perfect finishing touch to my look. I had my colour done here by the senior colourist/manager who is a level 5 named Chloe. The colour wasn’t anything like I asked for (sunkissed blonde) despite me taking in photos. I was so disappointed with the colour I wasn’t prepared to leave the salon looking so bad! I was then handed over to another colourist to try and rectify what the senior colourist had done to my hair as she was going home! After 4-5 hours I left the salon with stripes of blonde!! I then had to go and pay for a colour correction at a top Salon (CB) in Sale. I was so disappointed I asked Sassoon for a full refund. I am still suffering from damaged hair because of my experience at this salon last year. My advice is if your wanting a colour done at this Salon don’t book in with Chloe the manager level 5.
