After being a customer walkin and recebtly online have noticed how online service is not the best at all. Ordered two beanie hats, one arrived damaged, contacted the business and sent photos. Response got back was apologetic and to send back fair enough. But means I need to take time out to go post office, ask for tracked post and at cost to me which would be refunded upon return. So a lot of messing about when they could easily email me a prepaid label or QR Code to use at post office or even attach it on delivery note with order. This is an awesome place & one you should defo visit if you want to show you love or support Manchester. We come up to Manchester on a fairly regular basis to visit The Christie & I like to pick up any 'bee' bits & bobs whilst here. This was my first visit to this shop & it certainly won't be my last.
