Dismal customer service on the phone from someone I could barely hear, they sounded so miserable and put zero effort into the call. Second person was a bit better but when I asked her to enunciate more clearly as I was having trouble understanding her, she said that was just the way she talks. No consideration for people who are anxious about using the phone, have any mental health issues, neuro divergent or long term ill etc I can't imagine people with hearing problems or comprehension issues would do any better. Read moreConsidering the purpose of this centre the transport links are very poor. There is a staffed security gate into the car parked which is packed with staff cars. There are a few disabled car parking spaces but you won't know until you arrive if there is any room for you. There is also a private car park nearby with CCTV noting vehicle details. You might be lucky enough to find a spot. However we bought a two hour parking ticket which we thought was plenty for the appointment but due to the waiting time of over an hour for the appointment we thought we had got out within the two hours but received £70 parking fine for being 4 minutes over!
