XYZ Building — Local services in Manchester

I want to say thank you to Sammy for always being friendly and welcoming when I buy my coffee. Some people and places would learn a thing or two from her :) Keep it up, I appreciate it.

I also think they are working hard overall on customer service. Their tills went down a few weeks ago and after a few mins of me waiting and not being able to pay, said I could have the coffee on them. Some places would make you wait until it came back on but I think they get the balance right most of the time. I'm also a fan of the coffee and banana "deal" so...

At any other time this place would knock your socks off, heart of the city, with all the facilities you could wish for. But it is ticking over, and total credit to the operator's they are keeping up customer service but it needs it's buzz to return to both the building and the surrounding area. I recently started at a new company that is based in the XYZ building. I wish I lived closer so I could come in more often; the building and facilities are fantastic! The communal space is huge and clean and has a baristas at the end providing coffee (you have to pay for) and there is plenty of space to move and have meetings. Definitely a good working...
