St Paul's City Lofts. — Local services in Sheffield

There is no denying the location and arrangement if the building. However it lacks maintenance and one if the lifts is almost always broken. One cannot take the stairs upto the 32nd floor and residents are highly dependent on this lift. The picture shown is depicting the lift that was broken 2 weeks ago and as I write this review there seems no schedule apparent to fix it and conceirge are not aware of any date in the forseeable future this could be fixed. Perhaps a miracle could happen and it gets auto fixed, but paying such a high rent and council tax you really dont get your value...

Been living in city lofts for 6 months now and had no issues with the usual concierge people but whoever the guy is that was on shift Wednesday 22nd May at 8pm was very rude. Never thought I’d be treated how I did as a paying resident. Was more interested in eating his food than helping me collect a parcel. Isn’t the first time I’ve heard of a bed experience dealing with him. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and made me feel very uncomfortable in my own place to live!...

Apart from its great location, City Lofts has only two elevators, which frequently break down—sometimes one, sometimes both, I'd say in weekly or sometimes monthly basis. This makes them highly unreliable for residents, especially in a 32-story building where elevator access...
