Ordered a takeaway through deliveroo at 3:30am as it said they were open when they weren’t. Food obviously didn’t arrive as they had been shut for 4 hours but at 6am they marked the order as delivered & said that id received the order even though they had now been closed for 6 hours at this point.

Went through deliveroo for a refund & they said they couldn’t do anything as the restaurant had confirmed delivery, so i called up the restaurant & asked if they could admit to deliveroo that they never delivered the food, which they said they would. Then contacted deliveroo again to get them to contact the restaurant & they then lied again & told deliveroo for a second time that i’d received the order.

Called up the restaurant again & they just dismissed me & couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Basically they’re thieves & they’ll happily scam...

The first time I telephoned the shop asking for a chicken burger meal to be ready for pick up , I got there after 10 minutes and still waited over 15 minutes for my meal got home they didn’t put my drink in the bag, burger was ok not great,

Thought I give them another shot so went in and ordered a chicken burger meal and told them about forgetting my drink, didn’t offer me one for the last time and wasn’t really bothered, Burger was not nice and the wings were dry.

My son then ordered a delivery a few weeks later and I did tell him about my experience’s but he went ahead and ordered, we ordered a chicken burger meal which was below average and a fish burger meal which was still frozen in the middle

Never usually post a review but I will be doing this time to let people know how bad this place is the food came over an hour late and I asked for a Ferraro Roche milkshake and got a flake milkshake I knew this as there was a big chunk of flake at the bottom that hadn’t been blended properly.

Pizza barely had any cheese on it and was cold.

The restaurant tried to say that they delivered my order when they didn’t so had to keep chasing up they then changed the expected time to another 40 minutes later and still managed to be 20 minutes past that.
