Westfield Minibuses — Local services in Stockport

Hi, this is Chris Turner from Plymouth Grove, just wanted to pass on a few comments from our booking today.

Just want to pass on a huge thank you from children and staff at Plymouth Grove.

An incredibly great service provided with prompt on time pick ups, stunning vehicles and such friendly staff, who are a credit to your company.

One person in particular was a lady called Linda, from start to finish she could not do enough for us, had the children singing and laughing throughout the whole journey, very well presented and ensured that everyone was safely on all minibuses before we departed. Outstanding 5 star service!!

Also, just heard from another member of staff who has got nothing but praise for your driver Lewis. Unfortunately, a child was sick once we arrived at our destination and we had to get the child back to school to be picked up. Lewis drove the member of staff and child safely back to school in order for the child to be collected and took home. He also waited at pick up time for everyone to be safely on minibuses before he left. Another inspirational role model for your company.

We have used you before and will absolutely continue to use your services in the near future.

Can’t recommend Westfield’s enough. Ciaran and his team’s commitment to our school contract goes above and beyond. Ciaran is a great guy and works closely with the school and the LA supporting and enabling our most vulnerable and challenging pupils from all over the city to access their education. As if that’s not enough, going the extra mile offering dedicated support to our families in exceptional circumstances and not forgetting providing transport and a driver free of charge to enable our pupils to access outdoor experiences at Ghyll Head, Windermere for the third time. Thank you Brian for this year 👍.

Well, what can I say. Rizwan, AKA Mr 5 star. He was 15 minutes early picking us up which is always a bonus when your driver is early. He helped load the bags into the car ready for our journey to the airport. The car was spotless, he was really chatty and when we realised there was an issue with our return flight time getting picked up he advised us what to do straight away. For our return flight he realised our flight had landed early and was already at the airport waiting for us. We always use Westfield due to the amount of bags we travel with and the wheelchair. Next time we book for our holiday it has to be Mr 5 star who picks us up, any stress with loading the car or getting the kids settled he takes...
