Red Maple Chinese — Local services in Stockport

I have been coming to the red maple for years and unfortunately I won't be going again. My usual dish of the coconut chicken and pineapple fried rice lacked it's usual taste and was dry. The chicken and pineapple tasted like bland boiled chicken and veg. There was no flavour at all and the sauce was like water. The BBQ ribs lacked meat and flavour. When I complained the manager dismissed this despite me being a loyal customer and didn't seem to understand that I couldn't tell the food was horrible just by looking at it and refused a full refund because I had eaten some. I would urge others to find another new Chinese as Red Maple has gone down the pan. Unless you want crispy duck - the duck although very fatty was acceptable, as were the pancakes and hoisin sauce. Do not order the chicken...

DISAPPOINTING… unfortunately my order of food tonight was not good. Iv ordered from here more than a handful of times on the odd occasion not upto the standard of previous orders here but sometimes this happens benifit of the doubt is given although this time has seemed to of gone down completely and it’s unlikely I will be ordering from here again our food tasted like left overs from the previous night the meals were warm not hot and completely BLAND with no flavour whatsoever. Disappointing as this used to be a favourite of mine Confidently sharing my experience with friends and family SADLY I won’t be encouraging close ones to order...

Delivery driver got lost and blamed me! It gets 1 star for flavour duck was extra crispy with no meat I had triangle ribs flavour very nice but couldn't even bite into it's that hard even the seaweed was hard also I asked for satay sauce n god knows wot I got some yellow sauce with bits in only half decent thing was the free spring rolls...
