Kirkgate Post Office — Local services in Wakefield

What a pair of incompetent guys serving this post office. Went in once for photocopies and the guy charged 50p per copy and couldn't do proper photocopies as wanted both sides copying. He made excuses after excuse. Second time I went in to deposit cash for business account and he said he can't take change. Aren't post office supposed to be offering a service. Will be reporting to Post office about this. Fair enough if it had been copper. It was 50p s and pound coins. And only £9 in change. He was willing to take the notes but not the change. Just called in to post a parcel… the older woman with white/grey hair was very rude! I spoke to her about 7 times during the transaction saying thank you, each time saying it louder thinking she would also say thank you….
