I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from Aberdeen office equipment. The gals in the front are very friendly and accommodating but the owner is another story. He refuses to call our facility prior to sending a tech out to service our unit. When informed that people are not usually present in the office, thus we would need a heads up prior to a tech arriving, he simply said that's just too difficult.
