I find it difficult to believe anyone would give this establishment anything higher than 1 star based on my experience. My first time there, I walk in with my oxygen attached and very visible and was greeted by.... not a soul. Oh several employees were there, toward the back of the store listening to music. They all watched as I struggled up 2 flights of stairs, resting as I went. Not one of them offered up there was an elevator in the back where they were huddled. Made it upstairs to look at mattresses and waited and waited and nobody showed. My husband was treated almost the same but his walking upstairs was followed by an employee who looked at him as if he stepped in poo and brought it in with him. She turned to me when she realized he was with me and had a very cold demeanor about her. I have never been treated like Selmers treated me. I'm not sure if their prices were legitimate or wishful thinking, but they wanted more for a twin mattress then I paid for a queen mattress from another store. So guess where I found my new twin mattress....not Selmers.... and I won't be back. Apologies for disturbing...

I know things happen but, he didnāt even bother to keep me informed about shipping late. I called and left messages for Steve who didnāt return any of them. I spoke to other personal who failed to relay messages to Steve or else they didnāt follow through. I had to continue to call for updates. When informed the actual date it was expected, I still wasnāt called. I called after expected date to find out it was at the warehouse. Seems like Steve made his commission and then just left the planet.....Communication break down...

I purchased a bed from selmers a little over a year ago, and brought it back within the trial period, knowing no money would be refunded only a credit. My husband and I picked another bed, this bed was much less expensive, so we were issued a credit. When we called a year later to check on that they said oh I see no credit. I asked them to email me the receipt, they did but failed to send the credit receipt that was stapled to the original.
