Aksent Boutique — Local services in Abilene

I have been in town for two weeks. I have stopped by this store six times in an attempt to shop...cash in hand. I have come by every time during posted business hours and the store has been closed. Today...I stopped by AGAIN...during their Open posted business hours...and the Closed sign was up...SO...because I am leaving to go back to Georgia and won't be able to return, I wrote a note to let them know how many times I had been by during business hours and the store was closed. But...I found that the door was actually unlocked and someone was inside. She immediately said "We're closed" I explained all the above to her...and she didn't seem to care a bit. I saw multiple items I wanted to purchase. She just stared at me. It must be nice to have a boutique...and not ever have to open or sell anything. Lousy Lousy business...

If you are purchasing an item for a special occasion or season, BEWARE more than likely you will NOT receive that item in time for your event etc. I have had items on pre-order/waitlist for months and finally had them cancel them only to have a store credit which means you are in the same position as the order you cancelled (waiting forever). When the order does finally come in, they send you an email that says the item/items have been dispatched which means that your item/items will arrive approximately 2 weeks later. Never ordered from anywhere that the wait is so long. Will not order again and am deleting the app. Staff tells you what you want to hear and does not follow through with what they tell you, not very...

Purchased items off their live video and paid extra to have it shipped. After multiple attempts of trying to call the store and messaging on facebook (just to be ignored), A refund was issued. It was only done so after I threatened to make a complaint for never receiving my items and I was immediately blocked on their facebook page instead of answering my question on where my items were. I not once received a tracking number or even an estimated time on when it will be shipped. I am not the first customer this has happened to. The girls who run the store are very rude and unprofessional. It's sad customers who are not local are scammed paying for things they...
