I was with family who was visiting from out of town and passed by this place on our way to Dillard’s. I needed a new battery for my Tag Huer and still had been wearing it out of habit so I stopped knowing that a new battery change wouldn’t take long. This guy had no clue what he was doing! Because it was taking so long I moved over where I could see him working on it and…OH MY! He was trying to force parts back where he had taken them out and I just said please stop messing with it. Just please give me my watch back and I will take it somewhere else so you don’t mess it up more! He was persistent in continuously messing with it and I had to basically yell and demand my watch back. I took it elsewhere and luckily he fixed it but charged me $60.00. The guy here did not even apologize for his ignorance and dishonesty about not even know how to change the battery. He also claimed that my watch rusted! We went to this jeweler on 12/17/2024. We took in three watches. Two for batteries and one to have a link taken out. We were told that they would be ready in 20 minutes. We went back and they were not ready. We were told to come back in 15 minutes and they were still not ready. Finally after waiting over an hour we were told they were ready. He told us at first it would cost $60.00. When he came out he said it would be $80.00. We were charged for an extra battery in one of the watches that I had personally replaced myself. We were charged way too much for the small amount of work that was done. Their prices are way too high and I feel there was no customer service.
