Showed up for dinner. Normally we love outback but tonight always horrible. Mozzarella sticks were dripping in grease. We understand they can be greasy but it was so bad they looked wet. We couldn’t finish them. Our salad and soup sat in the back well over 30 mins and when finally brought to our table the waitress said it was over looked in the back. So the salad was super soggy and the soup was cold. Mins after finally being given the starter food the actual meal came and it was horrible. My steak was about medium rare when I asked for well done. We all have preferences in steak but if I cut into a steak with red spewing out it ruins my appetite. It grossed me out so bad. She took the steak back and brought the Sam steak back well done. But after being there for a good hr and a half I was just done and ready to leave. I got the Mac n cheese as a side. It wasn’t mentioned that bacon and some powder stuff was added to them now,. Had i known that indefinitely would have requested it not be on there. My husband got the ribs and said they were absolutely disgusting. Honestly they didn’t even look cooked well they just looked gross. We saw our waitress maybe twice (as we were seated and when food was brought to our table) throughout the meal. My son tried to catch her attention the times she did come to the table to get a refill but was ignored I finally had to catch her myself. I get it being “busy” been a server in my past, but instead of rushing off acknowledge the whole table. She did promptly get us to go boxes for the Mac n cheese and steak and the kiddos meals and get us the check though, but waited another 10 mins for our for her time come back. I finally just got off and walked out to load baby up and my husband went to the bar to get cash to break for a tip.
Only good thing tonight was the Bloody Mary. Props to the bartender because that was a wonderful Bloody Mary. Won’t give up on Outback as that’s usually a special place we go to at least twice a month, but tonight was absolutely horrible.

Read moreWas here last night with a group of peers, and we were all blown away by how horrible the service was. It's completely understandable that with a full table, there’s going to be some lag in service, but this experience was probably one of, if not the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and several peers shared the same sentiment.
We were largely ignored by waitstaff, who were just chatting with each other, and when we did ask for anything, we were treated like an inconvenience. People who ordered drinks didn’t get refills, and when some asked for bread, they were told it would come out, but it never did. We waited over an hour and 30 minutes for our food, and even then, orders were missing items that never made it to the table. These missing items still appeared on our checks at the end, requiring disputes to fix.
What made it even worse was that we were the only tables being served, as the restaurant was largely empty, yet somehow, the service was still incredibly negligent, slow, and rude. If you asked the staff for anything, it took them at least an extra 20 minutes to follow through- that is IF they did at all. By the time the bills finally came, they were incorrect across the board. People weren’t getting the correct change back, some were charged twice, and others were billed for the wrong order.
At that point, we were all completely over it and just wanted to leave but unfortunately had to wait to get bills corrected (another 30 minutes). By the time we left we were all exhausted. I’ve never been to an Outback before, and I’m glad I haven’t. I wouldn’t recommend this place and specifically this location to anyone - save yourself the trouble, headache, and...
