Was in the Abilene Store Thursday 7/3 a wonderful gal by the name of Kathi assuming she's the manager was an absolute pleasure! She is very plesant, respectful,patient and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would. You don't come across great customer service in many places, this was the best customer service I have come across in a LONG TIME. I have never been treated with this kind of respect, kindness and all a while I having a bad day, Kathi made it 100% better with her kindness and always a smile on her face. I was having some issues with my phone and couldn’t find ANYWHERE that would help me. My carrier(not going to mention) brushed me off and just told me I needed a new phone. Wouldn’t even listen to my issues. So finally I had a friend refer me to selectel, she said she has always had the sweetest people help her with any of her crazy questions and simple needs. At my whits end I decided to stop by. I mentioned all the trouble I was having and the staff there was not only very polite and knowledgeable, but actually fixed the issue in under 5 minutes!!!
